EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER
About the Position: Serves as the Equal Employment Manager for the Army Review Boards Agency (ARBA), located in Arlington, Virginia.
Major duties
- Lead equal opportunity training to ensure proper employee development.
- Create program reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Guide Army leaders on workplace policies to promote equal employment.
- Interpret workplace guidelines to guide appropriate decisions.

Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing workplace policies for military equal opportunity or equal employment opportunity practices; directing staff to ensure work meets organizational goals; reviewing military equal opportunity or equal employment opportunity policies to ensure they meet requirements. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
