Lead and manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Manage project budget, cost control, and financial performance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and authority requirements.
Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Manage subcontractors' performance and resolve site issues.
Prepare method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project status.
Work closely with Quantity Surveyor on variations, claims, and final accounts.
Lead and supervise site engineers and project team members.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Singapore (preferably in civil engineering & infrastructure works such as roadworks, drainage, earthworks).
Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and construction practices.
Experience in managing projects for LTA / PUB / HDB or infrastructure works is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge in project planning and cost control.
Familiar with contract administration and project documentation.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software
