Global Demand Manager (M/F)

We are recruiting for our client, a major player in the industrial sector, a Global Demand Manager, to strengthen their teams in Faverges.

Within the Supply Chain department, you are responsible for analyzing sales data, forecast reliability, and optimizing inventory levels. You work in close collaboration with sales units, production, as well as commercial and marketing teams.

YOUR MISSIONS:

• You analyze and consolidate sales data from different units in order to transmit reliable information to the supply chain of the production units.
• You understand and evaluate statistical forecasting models.
• You facilitate forecast and project review meetings and reviews with sales units.
• You monitor and improve forecast quality.
• You facilitate demand validation meetings with commercial and marketing teams.
• You identify discrepancies between demand and budget in order to implement the necessary corrective actions.
• You participate in product portfolio review meetings with product managers.
• You analyze and guarantee the alignment between products and service offerings in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
• You define, guarantee, and optimize finished goods inventory levels based on service offerings by market.
• You monitor inventory levels and propose areas for improvement to meet lead time and cost objectives.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of the service as well as technological monitoring.
• You ensure necessary coverages based on the needs of the team.

You hold a BAC+2 in Supply Chain, or have a different level of degree supplemented by significant experience in a similar field.

You master MRP (Management des Ressources de Production) principles and are comfortable with data analysis.

Rigorous and organized, you have a good analytical mind and are comfortable facilitating meetings in English. Your ability to work in a team and communicate with different stakeholders will be a real asset!
