Indirect Buyer (M/F)

Today, our sought-after talent is a Junior Indirect Buyer (M/F) for our client, an international industrial group specializing in the manufacture of technical parts and polymer solutions, based in the Genas sector.

Are you wondering what your missions will be? Here they are:

• Manage indirect purchases from A to Z: needs analysis, consultations, negotiation, and contracting
• Manage calls for tender and select suitable suppliers
• Negotiate framework agreements (PPE, maintenance, services, waste, HR...)
• Ensure operational and administrative follow-up of indirect purchases
• Monitor supplier disputes and purchasing indicators
• Participate in the optimization of the supplier panel and cost reduction
• Perform supplier sourcing in France and internationally
• Participate in the group's indirect purchasing strategy
• Perform market and technological monitoring

You will be in contact with suppliers, various internal departments, and the group purchasing teams.

• Full time - daytime hours
• Temporary mission of at least 3 months
• Remuneration: according to profile and experience

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in indirect purchasing within an industrial environment. Comfortable with supplier negotiation, you know how to manage several purchasing families while ensuring rigorous follow-up of files and contracts.

You enjoy dynamic and multi-site environments, where organization, analysis, and reactivity are essential. You are proficient in office tools, particularly Excel, and knowledge of an ERP is a real asset.

Your good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to communicate in English allow you to interact with different stakeholders in France and internationally.

Bac+3/+4 degree in Purchasing preferred.
