Your tasks
- Ensure the translation of customer requirements into internal procedures, product and process progress plans, and filed work instructions.
- Manage customer quality documentation following audits, qualification requests, and specification updates.
- Develop mandatory documents and integrate changes in requirements related to orders.
- Draft, submit, and follow up on customer deviation requests.
- Verify and validate customer specifications and requirements at the request of the Methods department via IT tools.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze quality indicators. Participate in the group's quality steering committees.
- Ensure compliance with 6S standards and contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the sector.
Requirements
- Bac +2 QLIO/ QSE or technical degree with 3/5 years of experience
- Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint ...)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN9100 standards
- Experience in metallurgy
- Experience in Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supplier Monitoring in technical and/or administrative roles
- Ability to read a material certificate of conformity
- Basic knowledge of metallurgy (tests, chemical composition, etc...) Mastery of SAP (mandatory) English B1
