Quality Development Technician (M/F)

Staubli, a global provider of mechatronic solutions, is present in three distinct sectors: connection systems, robotics, and textiles.

We are looking for a Quality Development Technician for the plastics and seals department of the Robots sector. Your missions:

• Lead component qualification: define, validate, and evolve NPI validation files
• Manage the qualification planning at the supplier
• Ensure the management and optimization of the quality information sheet (FIQ) portfolio and Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
• Create and modify control sequences
• Propose product and process optimization actions to improve quality and reduce costs
• Lead process audits at suppliers and follow up on action plans
• Provide technical support to the Series Production QA in handling non-conformities
• Comply with procedures associated with the division and site processes (Guidelines, Change Control, etc.)
• Act as the industrialization quality contact for various projects within your commodity

The position is located in the Faverges area. Your remuneration is to be agreed upon according to the company agreement.

You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in quality and/or mechanics and/or electrotechnics or a different level diploma supplemented by significant experience in associated fields. Specific knowledge: Plastics & seals.

Specific knowledge:

• Mastery of functional/dimensional drawing reading
• Use of statistical tools
• Use of control and measurement of mechanical parts with measuring instruments
• Use of problem-solving tools (8D/QRQC)
• SAP
• Good level of English
