Product Methods Technician M/F/X
Our client, a recognized company in titanium production, is looking for a Product Methods Technician M/F.
Your missions:
Perform technical reviews of orders and inquiries. Analyze customer specifications and define, adapt, and optimize production processes.
Write and update technical manufacturing and control documents (routings, sheets, instructions...).
Design, if necessary, specific tooling to improve processes.
Propose suitable solutions to subcontractors based on internal production capacities.
Participate in the improvement of products and processes: testing, qualification, and monitoring.
Analyze production performance (SPC, material yield, optimization). Drive continuous improvement actions and conduct audits.
- You hold a minimum of a Bac +2 in materials, physical measurements, heat treatments, or QLIO.
- You are comfortable with metallurgical processes and SAP.
- You master quality tools (QHSE, AMDEC, 8D) and project management (DMAIC).
- You master technical English (minimum B1).
- You are recognized for your team spirit, your analytical capacity, and your mastery of office tools.
