Demand Manager M/F/X

Stäubli is a global provider of mechatronic solutions organized around three business areas: connectors, robotics and textile.

Your missions:

• Analyze and consolidate sales data to ensure the reliability of information transmitted to the Supply Chain.
• Understand and evaluate statistical forecasting models.
• Lead forecast, project, and demand reviews with the sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve forecast quality.
• Identify discrepancies between demand and budget and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in product portfolio reviews and ensure alignment between supply and market needs.

Define and optimize finished goods stock levels according to service objectives. Monitor stocks and propose improvements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and technological monitoring.

Position based in Faverges. Remuneration according to the company agreement.

• You hold a BAC + 2 in supply chain or a different level degree completed with significant experience in associated fields.
• Knowledge of the production resource management (MRP) process.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365, business software).
• Bilingual English (leading meetings in English).
