FUSION MANAGER M/F

Your tasks

Manage the Fusion + Casting workshop personnel (17 people in 3x8). Trigger and monitor supply in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines. Ensure the productivity and quality of the molten metal. Ensure production profitability. Participate in the establishment of technical specifications and the functional specifications for fusion equipment. Assist and advise, prior to investments, on the development axes of the fusion regarding technical, environmental, and safety aspects. Participate in new product meetings with purchasing, maintenance, new works, etc. Lead progress meetings with the continuous improvement department. Ensure technological monitoring of fusion through information research with other foundrymen. Organize the refurbishment work of the cubilot and the furnaces with external companies. Monitor fusion consumables.

Requirements

• Foundry or metallurgy Engineer
• Knowledge of hot blast or electric cubilot fusion
• Knowledge of the foundry sector
• Languages: Professional English
• Significant experience in production management and/or industrial projects and/or industrial methods, ideally in the field of foundry and/or metallurgy
• Successful experience in team management
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and quality tools
