Our Mulhouse office is looking for a lawyer in Dispute Resolution.

Presentation of the Mulhouse office:

In new premises, ideally located next to the train station, and within an office currently undergoing redeployment composed of a team of six lawyers, you will join a human-sized and family-oriented structure. Supporting the local economic fabric, the Mulhouse office offers tailor-made solutions to support its clients in all their advisory and litigation challenges.

Job Description:

Within the Dispute Resolution department, you will intervene in business litigation, on behalf of economic actors of all sizes and all sectors of activity: large groups, ETI, SME, public authorities, associations, and non-profit organizations, both at a local and international level.

You will carry out your activity to support and develop the judicial activity of clients:

• Debt recovery
• Unfair competition actions
• Customer/supplier disputes
• Commercial leases
• Collective proceedings
• Disputes between partners
• Liability guarantees

You will develop a multidisciplinary approach to your profession, alongside committed professionals dedicated to offering clients global support.

Profile sought:

You are:

• Holder of a Master 2 in business law or dispute resolution, and the CAPA, with successful experience between 5 and 10 years in a law firm,
• Professional, rigorous, reactive, and curious,
• Proactive and possess a sense of service and advice,
• Appreciated for your solid legal skills, your qualities of analysis, synthesis, expression, and writing, and you have a good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Committed to human relationships within the client relationship, and team spirit is innate to you,
• Possessing good interpersonal skills, and you demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, adaptability, and are dedicated to client satisfaction.
