FIDAL is an independent law firm, whose litigation team is composed of 120 lawyers (49 partners and 79 associates) throughout France.

As part of the development of the firm's litigation activity, we are looking within the Paris Direction based in La Défense for:

A middle-level freelance associate lawyer justifying 2 to 4 years of experience and possessing litigation expertise and a solid mastery of contract law and civil liability.

The team supports a French and foreign clientele, composed of companies operating in technical and highly regulated sectors. It notably possesses recognized expertise—by its clients and in rankings—in the construction and telecoms sectors. As such, we regularly handle complex disputes requiring a fine understanding of our clients' economic, industrial, technical, and regulatory environments.

You will join a department composed of three partners and three associates.

We offer a collaboration within a demanding and entrepreneurial team, with direct exposure to strategic files and a sophisticated clientele, as well as strong involvement in the development of the firm's practice.

Applications will be examined in the strictest confidentiality.

You hold the CAPA and have acquired significant experience within a firm recognized in litigation.

You have an excellent mastery of contract law, civil liability, and civil procedure, as well as expertise in litigation.

You are capable of intervening on high-stakes files involving technical, regulatory, or sectoral issues, and of constructing litigation strategies adapted to complex environments.
