Knowing how to use computer equipment. Verifiable experience: Experience: 1 year in customer service or related to the task to be performed Activities to perform: Responsible for receiving users Manage access and resolve operational incidents. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with each person requesting support or help. Maintain good contact with prevention for patrol support. Check and keep work tools in perfect condition. (sprayers, flannels, radio, Pens, quantification log, equipment keys).
