Machine Operator WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are a young, dynamic, and enthusiastic start-up in Drachten, supported by ALPLA, a strong multinational with a family business culture. Our revolutionary paper packaging concept has no emissions and reduces CO2 emissions by more than 75% compared to traditional technologies. This means: no waste, 100% electric with green power (no oil and gas).

With an automated production process in which advanced technologies converge, we develop the latest packaging. As an Operator, you are responsible for the smooth running of the production process and guaranteeing the quality of the produced products. Your core tasks are:

• Monitoring the production process;
• Setting up and adjusting machines based on measurement data of our product and registering process data;
• Being responsible for the logistical process of raw materials and the end product;
• Performing quality controls;
• Identifying any deviations during production;
• Performing maintenance work or resolving basic malfunctions.

THIS IS YOU

In the position of Machine Operator, you will supervise the machine park. To be able to perform this function, we request the following background from you:

• You already have experience as an operator or you have a clear affinity with technology;
• Good level of the English language, orally and in writing/reporting;
• It is natural for you to take responsibility, while also knowing when to call for help;
• Willing to travel abroad a few times in connection with training;
• You think in (technical) solutions;
• You would like to learn through training;
• You are willing to adjust your work schedule to day shifts and a two...
