Responsibilities and AttributionsKey Responsibilities
Identify procurement channels and source potential suppliers.Conduct price inquiries and comparisons, and communicate with suppliers regarding procurement contracts.Monitor the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet the company’s quality requirements.Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules, product acceptance, and payment processing.Maintain and manage existing supplier relationships and develop new suppliers as needed.Complete procurement tasks according to plan while reducing procurement costs.
Requisites and Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in procurement management.Willingness to accept long-term overseas assignments.Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English and able to use English as a working language.
