Responsibilities and Attributions

• Contracts & Negotiations: Draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts and addenda, as well as standardize corporate legal models and documents.
• Internal Consulting: Draft legal opinions, notifications, and memorandums in Corporate, Contract, Labor, Corporate Law, and Compliance.
• Compliance & Ethics: Support the management of the Ethics Channel, conduct internal investigations, provide compliance training, and act in initiatives related to LGPD.
• Management and Control: Monitor legal deadlines, contractual obligations, department payments, and budget control.
• Regulatory Support & Partners: Support the obtaining/renewal of licenses, manage the performance of outsourced law firms, and monitor administrative/regulatory processes.
• Indicators & Projects: Prepare management reports and sector KPIs and actively participate in strategic and continuous improvement projects.

Requisites and Qualifications

• Completed higher education in Law with active registration in the OAB.
• Previous experience in a corporate legal department.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international commercial contracts.
• Advanced English.
• Practical knowledge in Corporate, Contract, and Labor Law.
