Assets Manager
Typical responsibilities include: Preparing daily/weekly reports for the CEO.
Following up with Sales, Export, Production, Finance, Purchasing, and Logistics.
Tracking tasks the CEO gives to department managers.
Preparing meetings, agendas, documents, and presentations.
Following up on customers, suppliers, contracts, quotations, and important orders.
Monitoring deadlines and reminding departments about pending work.
Collecting information so the CEO can make decisions quickly.
Coordinating communication between the CEO and managers.
Following up on problems and reporting delays or risks.
Handling confidential company information professionally.
Representing the CEO in some internal meetings when authorized.
Preparing a short CEO dashboard showing sales, production, shipments, collections, cash flow, and major issues.
