Merchandiser

Monitor product availability, stock levels, and sales performance.

Prepare and maintain merchandising plans based on sales targets and business needs.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product orders and deliveries.

Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.

Ensure proper allocation and distribution of products across stores/channels.

Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and out-of-stock items and take appropriate actions.

Prepare regular reports covering sales, stock, inventory turnover, and product performance.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams regarding promotions, launches, and campaigns.

Ensure products are displayed according to the company's merchandising standards, where applicable.

Maintain accurate product and inventory information.

Support forecasting and replenishment activities.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.

Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

2–3 years of experience in Merchandising, Retail Fashion

v.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, odoo.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
