IT Operator - M/F

Job Description: Missions of the GHT Information Systems Department: Ø Ensure the management and urbanization of the computerization of medical domains (Care Production, Intensive Care), medico-technical (SGL, PACS), administrative (Gef, Grh, Paie), and support functions (Laundry, Logistics) Ø Ensure a high-performance (data center, networks, PC), secure infrastructure capable of meeting the needs of the GHT establishments.

The IT Operator's objective is to ensure the operational maintenance of systems allowing users to exchange, store, or print.

They handle level II maintenance operations for associated workstations.

They are attentive to users and are reactive.

Autonomous, they write operational documents, test, and ensure the deployment of new hardware and software.

They are proactive regarding the systems they are responsible for, know how to report, and adapt to evolutions.

Profile sought: Expected Knowledge Mastery of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.

Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 to 2025 environments Good knowledge of Active Directory (management of users/groups/machines) Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions Knowledge of centralized management via Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) Good mastery of scripting languages, notably PowerShell/Batch Knowledge of ticketing and GMAO tools Indispensable mastery of technical English Mastery of Microsoft Office office tools Notions of relational databases Notions of centralized management Suse ML Manager Notions of automation General: Be autonomous regarding the proposed missions.
