Commercial Manager of Logistics Solutions

At FH Logística, we are looking for a Commercial Manager with experience in logistics, customs agency, and foreign trade, who will contribute to strengthening our commercial operation and building profitable, value-driven solutions for clients.

The position will be responsible for coordinating the commercial and Key Accounts team, ensuring orderly management of clients, rates, proposals, processes, and commercial tools. They will work closely with operational and corporate areas to transform client needs into viable logistics solutions.

We are looking for a profile that enjoys building long-term commercial relationships, understanding the client's operation, and coordinating competitive and profitable logistics solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of the commercial area and ensure compliance with processes and response times.
• Lead and support the Key Accounts team in client management, follow-up, and development.
• Supervise the preparation and updating of rates and commercial proposals.
• Validate the application of pricing and analyze the profitability of proposed solutions.
• Coordinate the registration and onboarding of new clients.
• Follow up on commercial incidents and facilitate their resolution with the involved areas.
• Supervise the use of CRM, databases, and commercial management tools.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and process standardization.
• Prepare indicators and reports for Management.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in customs agency, logistics, forwarding, or foreign trade.
• Experience in B2B commercial management and team coordination.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customs, forwarding, warehousing, and distribution services.
• Experience in pricing, profitability analysis, and indicator tracking.
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and management systems.
• Professional English.
• American visa.
• Availability to travel mainly within Mexico.

Location: Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México
