Job Objective:

To provide comprehensive advice and support to clients in their foreign trade operations, identifying risks, opportunities, and customs requirements, and ensuring compliance with applicable provisions.

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or similar. (Degree and professional license INDISPENSABLE)

• RGCE
• Ley de Comercio Exterior
• Clasificación arancelaria
• Incoterms
• Anexo 22
• Reglas de origen
• Valoración aduanera
• Tratados comerciales
• Pedimentos
• Documentación de importación/exportación
• Excel
• Intermediate English
• SAP management
• Knowledge in OEA

Experience

• 4 years of verifiable experience in the foreign trade area for specialized products
• Having worked in AGENCIAS ADUANALES (indispensable)
• Knowledge of customs legislation and operation
• Preparation and presentation of operational indicators for decision-making
• OEA knowledge
• Intermediate English
• Intermediate-advanced Excel knowledge
• Analysis and interpretation of non-tariff regulations and restrictions applicable to foreign trade operations
• Management of the padrón de importadores (general and specific sectors)
• Attention and follow-up of procedures before government agencies, providing continuity to regulatory processes
• Review and analysis of changes in customs regulations, identifying impacts on operations
• Ensuring regulatory compliance in import and export operations
