We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to lead the evolution of AI use in the company, acting in a practical (“hands-on”) manner in identifying opportunities, building intelligent agents, and high-impact automations. This position will be responsible for connecting business areas with real AI solutions, primarily using Microsoft Copilot and advanced automation tools.

Responsibilities and assignments

  • Map opportunities for Artificial Intelligence application alongside the company's areas;
  • Develop, configure, and implement intelligent agents and process automations;
  • Act in the practical implementation of AI solutions (hands-on profile), ensuring delivery and functionality;
  • Promote and evolve the use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools in the organization;
  • Generate gains in operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation through digital solutions;
  • Support initiatives for culture, governance, and best practices in Artificial Intelligence;
  • Integrate AI solutions with corporate systems when necessary.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Higher education in areas such as: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Practical experience in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions;
  • Experience with process automation and digital tools;
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot;
  • Intermediate English (technical reading and interaction with content/documentation).

Differentials

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or integration with corporate systems;
  • Knowledge in generative AI and autonomous agents;
  • Experience in digital transformation projects.
