Responsibilities and duties

• Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Define the positioning, value proposition, and narrative of the products, ensuring consistency across all market touchpoints.
• Plan and execute product launches (go-to-market), considering strategy, communication, channels, and support for the sales team.
• Analyze market behavior, competition, and trends, transforming insights into strategic actions for the growth of product lines.
• Manage the performance of the lines under your responsibility, monitoring indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, product mix, and market share.
• Act in direct interface with areas such as P&D, Científico, Regulatórios, Comercial, and Supply Chain, ensuring technical consistency, feasibility, and competitiveness of initiatives.
• Lead and develop the product marketing team, supporting the prioritization of demands, quality of deliveries, and technical evolution.
• Ensure the construction of technical and promotional materials with scientific basis and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Structure and monitor communication plans and campaigns by product line, ensuring demand generation and brand strengthening.
• Optimize resources and investments, ensuring efficiency and return on marketing actions (ROI).

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, or related areas;
• Experience in product Marketing;
• Experience in industry;
• Portfolio management and product launches;
• Intermediate or advanced English.
