Project Manager (M/F)

YOUR MISSIONS

You will be responsible for the complete management of one or more projects, ensuring that technical and financial objectives are met while respecting deadlines. You will work in close collaboration with our production teams to guarantee the smooth running of projects.

In this capacity, you will notably be required to:

1. Technically lead the business:

• Analyze customer plans and specifications in order to establish quotes
• Write welding procedures and ensure their validation with the IWT
• Develop quality documents (ITP, quality plans, monitoring files)
• Define detailed manufacturing ranges during industrialization.

1. Ensure manufacturing follow-up:

• Monitor the parts schedule by leading workshop progress meetings
• Be present on the ground to support production teams
• Write and monitor non-conformities as well as corrective actions

1. Be the technical interlocutor for the client's project manager:

• Exchange with customers on technical and quality aspects
• Participate in inspections and receptions
• Guarantee compliance with nuclear requirements and quality traceability

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering or Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with significant experience in industrial business management
• Proficiency in professional English (oral and written)
• Interest in demanding technical environments (welding, machining)
• A taste for field work, coordination, and technical problem-solving
• Rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit
