QA QC Engineer

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring quality assurance and quality control within our oil and gas projects, maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Identify quality issues and provide solutions to improve product and process quality.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and review quality documentation including reports, non-conformance reports, and inspection plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Participate in audits and assist with corrective action implementations when necessary.
• Conduct training sessions related to quality standards and procedures to enhance team awareness.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in QA QC roles within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO, API).
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil and gas sector.
• Certifications related to quality assurance (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) are a plus.
