Role Challenge

Lead the implementation and maintenance of advanced chatbots using Gemini AI, transforming data management and insights to optimize decision-making and drive efficiency in the organization.

What do we need from the talent to assume the position?

• Academic background: Graduate in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in the area/sector and minimum 3 years in similar positions within Data & Analytics.
• Languages: Intermediate level English.
• Knowledge: In Implementation, integration, and maintenance of conversational chatbots using Gemini AI and Generative AI models.
• Advanced knowledge of BI and Descriptive Analytics.
• Knowledge in cloud data platforms and services (GCP, Azure).
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, BI methodologies, data/applications modeling, and data governance.
• Advanced mastery of SQL Server (Integration Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services).
• Intermediate knowledge in Visual Studio, Visual Basic, and databases.
• Skills: Orientation to excellence, capacity for innovation, proactivity, and teamwork.

Functions

• Ensure that the data lake update processes always function correctly.
• Design and implement the storage infrastructure that allows handling large volumes of data efficiently.
• Ensure data quality, implementing cleaning, validation, and data transformation processes to guarantee accuracy and consistency. Implement data quality control processes at each stage of the pipeline to guarantee data integrity and reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (databases, APIs, streaming, etc.) to the data platform.
• Administer and maintain the data platform infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and other data processing tools.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of the data platform.
• Design and build scalable analytical solution architectures, including data pipelines, modeling systems, and real-time deployment.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools to supervise the performance and health of the data platform.
• Work in close collaboration with data scientists, data analysts, and other data users to understand their needs and provide them with the data they need in the proper format.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure that allows maximizing the value of data, ensuring that data is available, reliable, and accessible to those who need it.
• Document data pipelines and the data platform infrastructure.
• Assume other functions assigned by your immediate supervisor, in order to maintain efficiency in the area and/or Management.
