Import Manager

Your tasks

• Manage the company's import processes in an efficient and effective manner, in order to manage import costs.
• Provide timely follow-up and traceability of imports from the order to the entry of goods into the warehouses, providing timely information for decision-making.
• Manage the information and logistics of exports, verifying compliance with delivery according to the requirements and dates established with the client.
• Establish excellent interpersonal relationships with different transport service providers in order to generate efficient negotiations that favor compliance with quality, security, and date fulfillment standards.
• Will be in charge of ensuring compliance with all regulations relating to imports and exports of customs regimes.
• Responsible for preparing all documentation concerning these movements, its filing, and custody.
• Work together with the area head in the evaluation of providers, in order to meet our needs and those of the client.

Requirements

• Both sexes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, industrial engineering, or related careers.
• 25 years of age and up
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in commercial companies.
• Proficiency in Windows Office.
• Advanced Excel and management of pivot tables
• Preparation of retaceos
