Commercial Analyst

Responsibilities and assignments Register and monitor returns, exchanges, and shipments of products for repair in the internal system, reporting the necessary information and ensuring the final return to the customer; Follow-up monitoring, order issuance, and product lead time; Send proposals, quotations, and monitor order demands; Customer consumption study; Monitoring the customer portfolio; Alignment of negotiations with the stakeholder; Conversion of quotes; Perform the entire after-sales process; Direct customer service.

Requirements and qualifications Fluent English; High school completed. Desirable ongoing higher education in related areas; Experience in the commercial area; Knowledge of the Office package; Clarity and objectivity in communication; Adaptability and ease in working in a team;
