Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the monitoring of orders and their shipment in collaboration with the logistics department
- Management of customer inquiries via email and telephone (information regarding delivery, products, services, etc.)
- Management of relationships with partners (suppliers, carriers, etc.)
- Preparation of commercial reports
- Development and maintenance of the online store (Prestashop) and Social Media
- Management of the product catalog (updating product descriptions and integrating new content)
- Management of collaborating marketplaces
- SEA: Creation and management of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the collaborating marketing agency (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads)
- Analysis of online store visits via monitoring tools (Google Analytics)
- SEO: Participation in improving the organic visibility of the website on search engines in collaboration with the marketing agency
- Implementation of commercial offers on the online store and analysis of the results
Required Qualifications:
- University or Technical Education degree
- Good interpersonal, commercial, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Office Pack
- Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge of French (desirable but not mandatory)
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
