About the company As part of a permanent replacement (CDI), we are looking for a versatile accountant to join the dynamic team at FERINOX. An industrial company specializing in recycling, we belong to the internationally renowned Aperam group.

About the position We are looking for a versatile accountant to join our finance team. As an accounting professional, you will be responsible for the complete management of the company's accounting, financial, and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the entire accounts payable cycle: ensure the receipt, control of mandatory information, analytical imputation, and entry of purchase invoices for materials, overheads, and transport across various tools.
• Perform the reconciliation of invoices with commercial receipts and transport orders via the dedicated tool.
• Prepare and execute payment runs.
• Manage account reconciliation and dispute processing: resolve billing discrepancies, record credit notes, and maintain up-to-date third-party records.
• Control and record expense reports and business card expenditures (expense management) in strict compliance with the internal travel policy and VAT recovery rules.
• Ensure daily cash flow monitoring: record bank inflows and outflows and systematically prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Guarantee tax compliance and filings (tax compliance): calculate, reconcile, and electronically file VAT; ensure the monitoring of local and similar taxes.
• Participate in monthly and annual closing processes.
• Calculate and record adjusting entries.

Profile sought You possess solid experience in accounting, particularly in managing general and analytical accounting. Your sense of financial analysis, your rigor, and your ability to meet deadlines are essential to succeed in this position. You have a good knowledge of accounting and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in English is necessary as we have international activities. Autonomous, organized, and possessing a good team spirit, you wish to actively contribute to the financial health of our organization.

Remuneration: €35,000.00 to €45,000.00 per year Benefits:
