Branch Supply Chain Manager

A Supply Chain Manager is sought by a commercial and technical chemical products company, with a branch in Thiva and headquarters in Sindos, Thessaloniki, for the smooth operation of the branch premises and the service of the customer base in Southern and Island Greece. The goal of the position is the coordination, planning, and optimization of the supply chain stages (from the procurement of raw materials to delivery to the final customer), ensuring maximum efficiency, cost reduction, and the maintenance of a high level of service.

Position Description Route planning and communication with drivers and transport companies, customers, and suppliers. Control of transport costs and ERP updating. Updating the weekly order execution schedule.

Inventory Management: Monitoring, controlling, and forecasting inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock. Stocktaking of items and packaging materials whenever required. Spatial organization of the warehouse. Picking and movement of items and packaging materials within the area via WMS. Labeling with QR tags for items and packaging materials. Team Management: Guidance, training, and evaluation of the order preparation and execution team. The company possesses owned storage facilities owned vehicle fleet professional ADR drivers as well as a multitude of collaborating transport companies

Required Qualifications: Degree related to supply chain management - logistics Relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of English and IT Organizational and communication skills Team spirit and cooperation Desirable knowledge of WMS operation Desirable knowledge of forklift operation Benefits: Five-day employment, working hours 7.30-16.00, with a 30' break within working hours.
