Project & Specification Executive

Job Description & Requirements 1-3 years of exp. In selling Public seating products or Shutters, Fire curtain and doors, directly” to Main Contractors/ Architects/ Owners for a well known Public seating manufacturer of Auditorium, Cinema, Educational Institution, Retractable Seating System Excellent product knowledge Experience in co-ordinating with Architects, Main contractors, Owners Experience in specifying the product with the Architects Experience in planning and executing the projects Successful sales record Driving license with car / motor cycle (or) without car Age - 30–40

Scope of work

• Study floor plans and tender drawings to propose seating layouts and models
• Prepare quotations, layout proposals and Bills of Quantities
• Handle enquiries from architects and specify projects to them, interior designers, and contractors
• Support tenders with datasheets, compliance documents and samples
• Verify site dimensions before fabrication
• Coordinate confirmed projects from PO through fabrication, delivery and installation
• Liaise with factory, forwarders and installation teams on schedules
• Attend site meetings and manage handover documentation

Qualificaton Diploma in civil / mech Engineering/Interior. Other qualifications are acceptable for those with right / relevant experience Salary – good salary + sales commission + bonus Candidate who currently working in one of the following companies/ Public Seating System Companies are required. For your ref companies dealing with seatings : Kotobuki , Besco, Figueras, Hussey Seating Ergoworld, Vanguard etc. Diploma in civil / mech Engineering/Interior. Other qualifications are acceptable for those with right / relevant experience
