Accounts Executive / Accounting Officer (Full Set) – Immediate Start

We are a Singapore SME in the Fire rated Doors/ Shutters / Seating Systems industry, looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Accounting Officer to handle the full set of accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts up to finalization
• AR/AP, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Month-end and year-end closing
• Quarterly GST filing
• Monthly payroll, CPF submissions and IR8A
• Check purchase orders and payment documents
• Support auditors and tax agents

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting
• 3–5 years’ experience handling full set of accounts
• Good knowledge of GST, CPF and IRAS requirements
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
• Available immediately or within 2 weeks (preferred)

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 (commensurate with experience) Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, alternate Saturdays 8:30am–12pm Location: Hillview (near Hillview MRT, Downtown Line)
