Your area of responsibility

• Further development and adaptation of Dynamics 365 CRM taking into account functional and technical requirements via Low-Code

• Maintenance and optimization of the Dynamics 365 CRM system to ensure stability, performance, and smooth processes

• Integration of Dynamics 365 CRM into existing business applications

• Execution of system and integration tests as well as analysis and rectification of errors

• Analysis, technical conception, and implementation of new business and IT requirements in close cooperation with Product Owners

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Initial experience in development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript is an advantage

• Experience in dealing with relational databases, ideally with SQL

• Confident in using agile methods and understanding of processes and interfaces in IT and corporate processes

• Business-fluent English skills in spoken and written form
