Test Technician Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d) 3 months with option for extension

These are the challenges you will take on

• Assembly and testing of screw compressors in compressor systems on stationary test benches
• Metrological equipment of prototypes and systems with sensor technology
• Execution of physical measurements with computer-aided systems such as LabVIEW or Siemens Testlab
• Maintenance, repair, and calibration of data acquisition and measurement technology
• Analysis and documentation of measurement results using PC, e.g., with Excel or SAP
• Processing of technical problems on production systems in the customer field
• Support in the further development of testing processes according to VDI guidelines
• Collaboration with development teams for the execution of tests

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Mechatroniker:in or Elektroniker:in for Betriebstechnik, Industriemechaniker:in possible
• At least two years of professional experience in the field of testing or prototype production desirable
• Knowledge of modern measurement technology, especially sensor technology and electronic data acquisition systems such as HBM QuantumX or DEWETRON
• Confident handling of PC applications, especially Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word as well as database systems
• Experience in evaluating metrological data using software tools e.g. MATLAB or OriginLab
• Basic knowledge in handling technical drawings according to DIN standards
• English skills required for reading technical documentation
