Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

This will be your job in the future

• Leadership, coordination, and motivation of a production team of 30 employees
• Control, planning, and monitoring of workflows/product quality in the production department
• Active support in daily operations with a strong hands-on mentality
• Introduction of new products and processes
• Carrying out series approvals
• Responsibility for the training of new employees as well as the promotion of the professional development of the team
• Close coordination with adjacent specialist departments (e.g., QS, Warehouse, and R&D) as well as passing on relevant information within the team and across departments

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification - ideally with a technical background
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable operational leadership function, ideally in series production
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as an ERP-System
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and assertiveness
