System Engineer Drive Technology (m/f/d)

This will be your job in the future

  • Management and coordination of customer projects in the field of electrical drive systems
  • Mechanical, electrical, magnetic, and thermal design of synchronous machines
  • Development and modeling of technical concepts for drive projects
  • Coordination of technical requirements with project members and the design department
  • Support in technical consulting for customers as well as preparation of offers
  • Evaluation of design solutions, material selection, and operating behavior of electrical drives
  • Accompanying the development process from order receipt to delivery to customers

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, or Maschinenbau/Mechanik (Bachelor/Master/Diplom)
  • Experience in project management as a project manager or team member in technical projects desirable
  • Knowledge in the development of electrical drives as well as their components required
  • Practical experience in Messtechnik, Regelungstechnik, or qualification of electrical machines advantageous
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ideally experience in the use of FEM programs
  • Willingness for occasional business trips for customer consultations and supplier visits required
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form
