Contract Manager Law (m/f/d)

This will be your job in the future

• Interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments to support the cross-departmental implementation of contracts and legal issues
• International review, revision, and negotiation of contracts
• Support for special projects / tasks within the framework of Contract Management
• Independent conduct of training sessions in the relevant context
• Cooperation with external law firms in coordination with the central legal department
• Ensuring the legally secure processing of transactions and the creation of legally secure processes

What you bring with you

• Completed degree in Law or comparable
• Relevant professional experience in companies or as an attorney (m/f/d) at a law firm providing extensive advice to companies
• Legal as well as contract and export control law experience in national and international project business or in a larger law firm focusing on international contract law
• Ideally experience in the fields of aviation, defense technology, or oil/gas
• Experience with sales processes and structures as well as a good understanding of customer interests
• Business fluent English skills
