Service and Commissioning Engineer Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

This will be your future job

• Support of customer and service tickets via remote, email, and telephone service
• Problem analysis, troubleshooting, and service processing
• Advising customers on all electrical engineering questions and plant optimization
• Preparation and execution of in-house tests and service assignments
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of (upgrade) commissioning
• Electrical engineering work and plant responsibility via remote and on-site
• Organization and execution of customer training and audits
• Plant-specific software testing
• Configuration and parameterization of electrical components (e.g., drive systems)
• Creation of internal service, upgrade, and customer documentation
• Remote support for service cases & upgrades
• On-call service (24h hotline)
• Communication with sub-suppliers and foreign representatives
• Mediation of spare parts and upgrade orders
• Collaboration in the development of service products and Engineered Parts
• Specification, configuration, and testing of spare parts
• Taking over projects into service

What you bring with you

• Completed studies (U/TU/FH) or Techniker/in / HTL in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or electrician, Techniker/in with practical / technical / advanced knowledge and further training
• Several years of relevant professional experience and specialist knowledge in international mechanical and plant engineering desirable
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
• Good English language skills
• Flexibility in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
