RF Test Engineer / Laboringenieur HF-Messtechnik (m/w/d)

This will be your job in the future

• As a laboratory engineer or lab technician (m/w/d) in the testing laboratory, you will play a central role in performing and evaluating sophisticated high-frequency measurements.
• You will work independently and, with your expertise, contribute significantly to the quality and further development of our products.
• Your focus will be on the execution, analysis, and documentation of HF measurements in compliance with national and international standards.
• The focus is on both precise work and a deep technical understanding.
• In close coordination with internal specialist departments and international locations, you will make an important contribution to finding solutions for technical questions and to the continuous improvement of existing testing processes.
• Carrying out error analyses and deriving suitable remedial measures
• Maintaining and updating internal databases
• Exchange and coordination of results with adjacent specialist departments
• Supporting international locations with technical questions and HF measurement tasks

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of electrical or information technology, ideally focusing on communications or high-frequency technology
• Alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering
• Sound experience in high-frequency measurement technology, e.g., network analysis, time-domain reflectometry
• Knowledge in using laboratory software such as MATLAB, Python, or C for evaluations is desirable
• Experience in the standard-compliant execution of electrical tests according to EN/IEC is advantageous
• Knowledge in handling digital database systems (e.g., SAP) for documentation purposes is desired
• Willingness for occasional business trips domestic and abroad
• English skills at least at level B2 for communication with international colleagues
