Engineer / Technician RF Measurement Technology (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Carrying out high-frequency measurements in accordance with national and international standards
• Evaluation, analysis, and assessment of measurement results using tools such as MATLAB or Python
• Creation and maintenance of test reports as well as documentation of test results in laboratory software
• Error analysis on test samples including the development of remedial measures according to standardized procedures
• Administration and maintenance of internal databases for measurement data with systems such as LabWare or LIMS
• Coordination and discussion of results with development and production departments
• Support with technical questions in the international site network via remote support or on-site
• Participation in the further development of testing processes according to current standards (e.g., ISO/IEC)

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field (Bachelor/Master/Dipl.-Ing.)
• Alternatively, completed training as a state-certified technician in Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in RF measurement technology, e.g., network analysis, time-domain reflectometry required
• Knowledge in handling measuring instruments such as oscilloscope, VNA, TDR desirable
• Basic knowledge in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C advantageous
• Experience in the application of relevant standards (e.g., IEC, DIN)
• Knowledge in the area of database maintenance or laboratory information systems helpful
• Willingness for occasional business trips to international locations necessary
• English skills at least at level B2 required
