Production Controller Steel Industry (m/f/d)

This will be your job in the future

• Control and coordination of production orders in the bar steel area
• Interface function between sales, production, and material procurement
• Ensuring smooth information and material flow
• Schedule monitoring and compliance with delivery deadlines
• Maintenance and administration of production-relevant data in the ERP system such as SAP or Infor
• Coordination of individual customer requirements with internal specialist departments
• Processing of toll manufacturing orders with external materials
• Support in process optimization and further development of production processes

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training, e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau or comparable
• Professional experience in production planning, production control, or order management desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as ideally experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Knowledge of production processes in the steel or metal industry is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with customers as well as internal interfaces
• Ability to perform structured processing of complex tasks
• Knowledge of English required for communication
