Time Management Specialist for KRONES AG in Rosenheim (m/f/d)

This will be your job in the future

• Planning and conducting time studies using methods such as multi-moment studies and potential analyses
• Evaluation of workflows to identify optimization potential in the production environment
• System-side implementation of planned time changes in SAP
• Maintenance and further development of time components to generate correct planned times
• Development of new procedures to improve planned time quality, e.g., according to REFA standard
• Definition and collection of relevant key figures for production controlling
• Analysis of these key figures and derivation of concrete measures together with specialist departments
• Active participation in department-related projects in the field of time management

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician with further training as a Technician, Master, or Technical Business Administrator
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing control required
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) and SAP system usage desirable
• Further training in REFA methods or Lean Management methods advantageous
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of operational processes using time data recording desired
• Knowledge of methods such as multi-moment study or process analysis necessary
• Practical experience in the introduction of new processes in the field of work preparation helpful
• Good English skills in speaking and writing required
