Chief Engineer Boeing Business Unit (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• You work directly with the Business Unit Manager.
• You assume overall technical responsibility for all projects within the Boeing Business Unit.
• You are responsible for the system architecture and define the technical solution strategy.
• You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams.
• You ensure compliance with all requirements regarding quality, cost, schedule, and risks.
• You are responsible for Requirements Management, system design, integration, as well as Verification & Validation.
• You prepare and lead technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).
• You work closely with project management, customers, partners, and certification authorities.
• You drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes, methods, and standards.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have more than 10 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• You bring a high degree of decision-making ability as well as excellent communication skills.
• You have experience in international projects; this is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently in English; additional German skills are an advantage.
