Head of Tribology Department (m/f/d)

This will be your job in the future

• You will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of our Tribology team on-site in Brannenburg
• You will bear responsibility for the interpretation of laboratory results and are responsible for warning and limit values
• You will communicate with customers, take over technical customer support, and process complaints
• You will give presentations and lecture to colleagues, customers, and specialist audiences
• You will participate in internal and external working groups and actively work on R&D projects
• As Head of Department, you will report directly to the Head of Service and Sales and to the Management

What you bring with you

• As an engineer (specializing in mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study), you have sound knowledge of systems and machines in which lubricants and operating fluids are used
• You have at least five years of professional experience in areas dealing with lubricants, lubrication technology, or tribology
• You are a team player, resilient, and flexible
• You have leadership experience and possess a strong hands-on mentality
• You have business-fluent English skills
