Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of technical projects in the mechanical engineering or IT environment
• Coordination and monitoring of project processes using common tools such as MS Project or Jira
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of project plans including resource control
• Analysis of potential project risks as well as development of suitable countermeasures (e.g., using FMEA)
• Management of budgets as well as implementation of cost controlling with SAP or comparable systems
• Interface management between internal departments, customers, and external partners
• Ensuring compliance with relevant technical requirements and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Preparation and presentation of the project status for stakeholders, for example via PowerPoint or Confluence

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering
• Experience in leading demanding technical projects, ideally in industries such as Automotive or plant engineering
• Knowledge of both agile methods (e.g., Scrum) and classical project management approaches (e.g., waterfall model)
• Confident handling of project management and enterprise software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP ERP, Trello)
• Experience in contract and claim management within technical projects
• Familiarity with relevant norms and quality standards (especially DIN EN ISO 9001)
• Good written and spoken English skills for international communication
