IT Support Engineer (m/f/d) 2nd / 3rd Level

This will be your job in the future

• Analysis and processing of IT disturbances in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Administration of Windows and Linux systems
• Support of hardware and software for end users
• Support in error diagnosis using remote access tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
• Execution of system updates, patches, and backups
• Documentation of support cases in the ticketing system (e.g., Jira, OTRS)
• Collaboration with developers and system administrators to solve problems
• Installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, and peripheral devices

Our expectations of you

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker/in or a comparable degree in the IT field
• Experience in the administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Exchange)
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Practical experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Routine in handling remote support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or OTRS
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
• English skills for international support
