Technical Buyer Electronics (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Independent procurement of material groups including requesting quotations, comparing offers, negotiating prices and conditions, as well as placing orders
• Execution of operational purchasing activities taking into account costs, quality, delivery dates and other procurement parameters
• Application of SAP purchasing processes in the MM module for inquiries, BANF transfers, orders, complaints as well as reportings
• Supplier management and supplier development through selection, evaluation, support and continuous optimization of the supplier base
• Coordination of material and service requirements with internal specialist departments as well as monitoring of order confirmations and dunning processes
• Realization of savings potential and optimization of procurement processes through market analyses, negotiations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic with relevant additional qualification or a completed degree in the field of engineering, economics
• Professional experience in technical purchasing as well as confident execution of quotation, ordering and procurement processes
• Sound knowledge in mechanical processing, manufacturing processes and technical production processes
• Confident user knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP as well as experience in dealing with purchasing-relevant systems
• Good English skills in spoken and written form as well as strong negotiation skills
• Committed, proactive and team-oriented way of working with high commitment, reliability and sense of responsibility
