Approval Engineer for Connected Products (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Development and implementation of approval concepts for connected products
• Coordination of worldwide approval activities with testing bodies and certification bodies
• Performance of conformity tests according to relevant standards such as CE, FCC and RED
• Analysis of regulatory requirements as well as support for global market approvals
• Management and maintenance of technical documentation within the framework of certification processes
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments, suppliers, development partners and testing institutes as well as support during audits

Your profile

• Completed university degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics or a comparable discipline
• Experience in product certification and radio approvals, especially for Bluetooth, WiFi and LTE
• Knowledge of international standards and certification procedures such as CE, FCC and RED
• Experience in handling measurement technology and test systems, e.g., from Rohde & Schwarz or Keysight
• Knowledge in project management as well as experience in working with international teams
• Very good English skills, ideally German skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
