Senior Analog Designer (m/f/d) via Direct Placement

As a recruitment consultancy specializing in the high-tech industry, we have been exclusively commissioned to fill the position of Senior Analog Designer (m/f/d) via direct placement at the Dresden location. Our partner is an innovative deep-tech company in the field of modern memory and semiconductor technologies, currently in a dynamic scale-up phase. The goal is to translate highly innovative memory and circuit concepts into scalable, industry-ready products. At the center are analog and mixed-signal IC designs for energy-efficient, near-compute architectures - with applications in the field of memory technologies, in-memory computing, and edge/AI systems. The company combines startup dynamics with technical maturity, clear processes, and a long-term perspective.

Your Area of Responsibility

• Design, simulation, and further development of analog and mixed-signal-capable circuit blocks in the semiconductor and memory environment
• Responsibility for circuits from specification to implementation (incl. pre- and post-layout simulation)
• Creation and maintenance of analog models, e.g., with Spectre, Verilog-A, or LTSpice
• Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation data for parameter optimization
• Close cooperation with colleagues from design, device development, technology, and integration
• Contribution to the further development of design methods and libraries within the framework of new technologies

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, microelectronics, semiconductor technology, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design
• Very good knowledge of analog circuit simulation (e.g., Spectre, Verilog-A, LTSpice)
• Experience with common EDA and IC design flows
• Ideally, touchpoints with memory-related designs (e.g., SRAM, NVM, interfaces)
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage, but not a must
• Independent, structured way of working and interest in a scale-up environment
