Your area of responsibility

• Coordination and control of national as well as international purchasing and process projects
• Creation, analysis, and presentation of project KPIs and status reports using Excel and BI tools
• Recording, structuring, and coordinating technical requirements between Purchasing and IT
• Control and monitoring of system adjustments as well as change requests in project applications
• Optimization of purchasing and business processes through modern process management methods
• Conducting user training as well as collaboration with international stakeholders and project teams

Convince us with your qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL, FH, or university)
• Experience in project management as well as in the analysis and optimization of business processes
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI is an advantage
• Practical experience in handling digital procurement or supplier management systems
• Experience in an interface function between departments, IT, and project management is desirable
• Very good English skills for collaboration in an international environment

For this position, the annual gross salary is at least EUR 47,000 (on a full-time basis). We offer market-conform overpayment depending on education, professional qualification, and experience.
